Store use and order agreement

Springfield Echelon Terms and Conditions

The Springfield Echelon Terms and Conditions govern storefront use, customer accounts, product orders and support services.

Effective July 17, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By using this website, creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns policy and Firearm Purchase Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit an order or use account features.

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting account credentials.

Orders and payment

An order is a request until accepted.

Availability, destination eligibility and payment are reviewed before fulfillment.

  • Order acceptanceAn order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require acceptance or shipment. An order may be held, limited or cancelled when inventory, pricing, payment, destination or compliance information cannot be confirmed.
  • Pricing and descriptionsReasonable care is used when publishing prices, images and specifications. Errors may be corrected before fulfillment, and affected customers may confirm a correction or cancel the affected item.
  • Payment authorizationYou authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed total, including applicable taxes, shipping and disclosed fees. Payment-provider terms also apply.
  • Taxes and feesDisplayed totals may include estimated taxes and store shipping charges. A receiving dealer may charge a separate transfer or service fee directly to the customer.
  • Quantity and resale limitsOrders may be limited or cancelled when quantities, product restrictions, fraud controls or supplier conditions require review.
  • CommunicationsOrder, account and support notices may be delivered electronically using the contact information supplied with the order.

Regulated products

Firearm orders require a licensed-dealer transfer.

The receiving dealer, customer and exact configuration must remain eligible through transfer.

Firearms and any other items marked for FFL routing are shipped to the eligible Federal Firearms Licensee selected during checkout, not to the customer billing or ordinary shipping address. Selection of a dealer does not guarantee that the dealer will accept the shipment or complete the transfer.

The customer is responsible for confirming dealer acceptance, local eligibility, magazine or configuration restrictions and any dealer fees before ordering. The receiving dealer completes the legally required identity, eligibility and transfer process. No firearm is transferred to a customer who cannot lawfully receive it.

If a dealer cannot receive an item or a transfer cannot be completed, the order may be held, rerouted where permitted, returned or cancelled. Applicable shipping, dealer, return or restocking costs will be handled according to the published policy and non-waivable law. The Firearm Purchase Policy forms part of these Terms.

Fulfillment and returns

Different items may use different destinations.

Customer-delivery merchandise and FFL-routed items can create separate shipments.

  • Shipping estimatesProcessing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers will be contacted when a material delay requires consent or cancellation.
  • Customer addressesEligible non-FFL items use the customer shipping address recorded at checkout. The customer is responsible for accurate and deliverable address information.
  • InspectionPackages should be inspected promptly. Damage, missing contents or discrepancies should be reported with the order number, product SKU, packaging and useful photographs.
  • Return authorizationContact support before returning any item. Eligibility depends on product type, condition, timing, installation or use, and applicable restrictions.
  • Firearm returnsDo not ship or attempt to return a firearm without coordinated instructions involving the receiving dealer and Springfield Echelon support.
  • Policy controlsThe current Shipping and Returns policy provides the operational process and is incorporated into these Terms.

Website and product information

Use the storefront lawfully and carefully.

Content supports product comparison and order administration; it is not legal, safety or professional advice.

You may use the website for lawful personal and commercial shopping activity. You may not interfere with site security, misuse accounts, scrape or copy protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Site text, layout, graphics and original brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, marks and imagery belonging to other holders remain the property of those holders. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Product compatibility, fitment and legal eligibility must be confirmed for the exact SKU and destination. Website information does not replace manufacturer instructions, qualified installation, safe handling practices or advice from the receiving dealer or appropriate professional.

Service terms

Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact.

These provisions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Except for express product warranties and rights that cannot be waived, no additional warranty is made regarding uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springfield Echelon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed access, third-party services or misuse of a product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Illinois law, without displacing mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
